Biscuit Packaging Machines (Model BOI/HSC/60)

This model is suitable for plain and cream, biscuits with tray and biscuits pre-packed in wax or butter paper, with ease of change over for different varieties. All the components used in the machine are designed and manufactured to strict international standards. Easy removable nylon lugs are provided on main feeding chain to enable ease of changeover to different varieties with minimum setting time. Optional automatic chute feeding attachment is also available for naked round, square and rectangular biscuits in the stacks of 2, 4 and 5 biscuits in either single or double pile. The biscuits are fed directly from the stacker into the chute attached to the main feeding conveyor for automatic counting of biscuits on pile.

Biscuit Packaging Machines (Model BOI/H/60/A)

This model is suitable for rectangular, square, round or plain biscuits in "standing on edge condition". The biscuits are fed directly from the stacker into the main hopper.

The machine is specially designed with automatic feeding arrangement to precisely take the required stack length and transfer the biscuits smoothly into the main feeding conveyor. During this process, nylon lugs carry the biscuits with wrapping material to the main wrapping unit through the easy adjustable folding box for different varieties, through the pair of hot body sealing rollers for center seal. The final end sealing and cutting is done by the rotating hot.

Biscuit Packing Machines (Model BOI/FA/30)

This Model is specially designed for family pack (200gm,300gm and 400gms). The machine is suitable for Round,Square, Rectangular Biscuits. The biscuits are fed into three hopper. The automatic puncher feeding arrangement take the required biscuits pack length and push the biscuits smoothly into main feeding conveyor. After this process steel rod carries the biscuits through the adjustable folding box along with biscuits paper for center swl, by the paid of hoit sealing rollers. The end sealing and cutting is done by rotating how jaw.
